3. Prices and payment

  • Prices shown on the Website are starting guides. The final price may vary with length, shape, design, add-ons and the condition of your nails.
  • Prices may change without notice. Please ask us if you would like to confirm a price before your service begins.
  • Payment is due when your service is complete, unless we have agreed something different with you.

4. Appointments and online booking

Online bookings are made through zBook, a third-party booking provider, and your use of that tool may also be subject to its own terms. Please provide accurate contact details so we can reach you about your appointment. A booking request is subject to availability, and we may need to contact you to adjust or reschedule it. Walk-in guests are welcome when we have space, but cannot be guaranteed a time.

5. Cancellations, rescheduling and late arrivals

  • If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please call us as early as you can so we can offer that time to another guest.
  • If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service, change it or ask you to reschedule, so that guests after you are not kept waiting.
  • We may decline future bookings from guests who repeatedly miss appointments without notice.

6. Your health and safety

Your safety matters to us. Before your service, please tell your technician about any allergies, sensitivities, skin or nail conditions, cuts, infections, medical conditions, medications or pregnancy that could be relevant.

  • We may modify or decline a service if we believe it could be unsafe for you or for others, for example where there is a visible infection.
  • Nail, lash, waxing and skin services involve products and techniques that can occasionally cause irritation or an allergic reaction, even when performed correctly.
  • If you notice redness, swelling, pain or another reaction after a service, stop using any related product and contact a qualified medical professional. Please let us know as well.

Our team provides beauty services and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

7. Guests under 18

A parent or legal guardian must book and consent to services for guests under 18, and should stay with younger children during their visit. Our Kids Menu is intended for children aged 10 and under.

8. If you are not happy with a service

We want you to leave happy. If something is not right, please tell us during your visit or contact us as soon as you can afterward so we can look at it with you. Any adjustment, redo or refund is at our reasonable discretion. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Conduct in the salon

We aim to keep the salon calm, safe and welcoming for guests and staff. We may refuse or end a service if behavior is abusive, threatening or unsafe.

10. Photos and reviews

We will ask before photographing you or your nails for our Website or social media. If you send us a review, testimonial or photo, or tag us in one, you allow us to share it to promote our salon, unless you ask us to remove it. Please make sure anything you share is honest and that you have the right to share it.
